Sip some Summerset vino while you tour the spacious and beautiful Mark Family home. The Inn sleeps 14 – 18 guests and is the perfect setting for corporate retreats, wedding parties and other special occasions.
The Inn at Summerset Winery is now open and available to rent!
This spacious home is the ideal setting for corporate retreats, weddings, wedding parties, family reunions and special events.
The Inn was originally built as a bed & breakfast in 1993. Many marriages, honeymoons and anniversaries were spent in this beautiful home located just past the vineyard and down into the woods (oh, if these walls could talk!). It was closed in 2007 when the “last maid” (youngest daughter) went off to college.
Guests can once again experience luxurious country comfort in this beautiful retreat secluded in the scenic rolling hills of northern Warren County. Guests will be able to relax, find respite and truly enjoy their experience in the comfort of this beautiful home.
The Inn is laid out with two levels of spacious accommodations.
The main floor features the master suite with a private bath, whirlpool tub and shower for two. Relax and take in the breathtaking view from your own personal balcony overlooking the landscape and wooded area.
Amenities include:
- Seven bedrooms - Two of the upstairs suites also include sofa beds. This house can sleep 14 plus 4 on the sofa beds! Two suites and 2 bedrooms upstairs and a master suite and 2 bedrooms on the main floor. The lower level is currently not available for rent.
- Six bathrooms - Each of the upstairs bedrooms has its own private bathroom. The master suite on the main floor has its own bathroom and there is a common bathroom on the main floor that the other two bedrooms share.
- Full access to the main kitchen where you can bring in supplies to create your own feast, or hire a personal chef to prepare a special meal. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils and kitchen tools so you can keep your meals as simple or as elaborate as you desire. Grill outside on charcoal or gas grills, your choice.
- Full access to the outside amenities: Tuscan Garden, Gazebo, expansive front porch, large scenic back decks, walking trail, hot tub, charcoal and gas grills.
- WIFI
- 4 TV viewing areas located throughout the house. TV's equipped with satellite TV and DVD players.
- Breakfast is not included in the rental.
Entertainment options are minutes away.
